A student may be permitted by Heads of the institution to change his/her subject till the last date of submission of the examination forms to the Board.
The attendance in the case of a student allowed to change his/her subjects under these regulations shall be counted from the date of change.
There-after requests for the change of subjects may be made to the Board’s office till the 31st July of the year of the admission to the particular class along with fee as decided by the Board from time to time. The Assistant Secretary concerned shall be the authority competent to grant permission in such cases provided that such applications are received along with prescribed fee and a certificate from the Head of Institution to the effect that the candidate has been studying the subject throughout the semester. In case of who are not regular students the decision to allow change of subject shall be taken by the Secretary considering the merits of the case.
After the scheduled date no application/request will be entertained/considered.
